IT ALL STARTED WHEN …
Kindergarten through high school I have always been involved in some sort of physical activity such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, climbing and many more. After graduating from high school, I stopped taking part in exercise of any kind and got out of shape and gained weight quickly. After deciding to start working out again I lost over 50 pounds and decided to help others get in shape, better shape, or just want to do something different. what I am currently doing to keep myself healthy is power building which is a combination of aspects of powerlifting and body building while dabbling in obstacle course racing.
I think that working in the fitness industry will help me make a difference in people’s life; when a people physically fit, they experience tons of other positive benefits, it affects everything in their lives, it’s like a domino effect!
I am currently working on a Diploma in Personal Fitness Training at Mount Royal University.
I am completing my practicum experience at Kings Fitness in Calgary.
